Introduction
The greatest asset of any organization is human resource. Many organizations describe Human Resource Management as a combination of administrative personnel functions with performance management, Employee Relations and resource planning. More commonly HR is the department that deals with hiring, firing, training, and other personnel issues.
The main objective of Human Resources is to ensure the maximum return on the investment that an organization has made in its human capital and minimize risk. Exam Fee per Attempt :
For all the subjects First attempt exam fees @ Rs. 200 per Subject / US $ 50 has to be paid at the time of examination.
For Subsequent attempts the exam fees will be Rs. 200 per Subject / US $ 50 Payable at the time of examination.
Total Fees to be paid in full at the time of admission in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of "MIT School of Distance Education" Payable at Pune.
Procedure:
Submit applications online by mentioning RBA in reference column with RBA code as 20080120 and write a mail at psmalik@mitsde.com.
Instructions for Filling up the form:
1) General information to be provided with details like name, address and other details.
2) The address which you mention should be the address on which you need the correspondense from our side like Study kit etc.
3) Pin Code for address and email id is necessary.
4) In Reference column please select RBA and put 20080120 as RBA code.
5) After submitting the form please cut and paste that in word format and send on psmalik@mitsde.com for records.
Duration : One year.
Note : Participant is expected to put in minimum ten hours of study per week.
Validity of registration : Two years.
Eligibility : Graduates of any discipline / Diploma in Engineering with two years experience.
